Tips for Roaming

While being abroad you can enjoy all your Ucom services: make and receive calls, send and receive SMSes and use mobile internet. Right upon arrival to the country you will be notified with an SMS about the tariffs of a given operator in a given country.

Incoming and outgoing calls are charged per minute.

Mobile internet charging in roaming is calculated per 10 kilobytes. For example, if you used mobile internet service in roaming, during which you consumed 22 kilobytes, you will be charged for 30 kilobytes

In abroad your smartphone will connect to the local network and you’ll be notified about it.

•  If the smartphone does not connect to any operator automatically, you can choose the one you want from the Settings section of your smartphone. To choose the network manually just click here, search your smartphone model, choose Set up roaming option and follow the steps in the guide.
•  If you still can not benefit from internet services, please, make sure you have enabled Data roaming in the Settings section.

 To benefit from the internet at affordable prices we recommend activating an internet bundle. Just dial *121#, then follow the instructions and select the bundle you need.

 You can check the charges for mobile internet services in your bill itemization. Every single point is equal to 10 Kb. So if you see 1 in the field of measurement units, you have been charged for 10 Kb.

 You can easily top-up your balance or make other payments via Ucom cards or online on our site via bank cards issued in Armenia and other international payment systems.
