- When subscribing to one of the uGo 4000, uGo Super 6500, uGo Super 7500 tariff plans for 18 months, a uFi LTE MW45V/uFi TP-Link M7000 modem can be purchased at 1 AMD. In case of early termination of the contract, the subscriber should pay the price of the device, which is 39 000 AMD.

- If you are already using the “Extra Internet Volume” offer (12 months commitment) and want to purchase a Wi-Fi modem, you can sign an 18-month commitment and get it for just 1 AMD, without paying the cancellation fee for the "Additional Internet Volume" offer. As a result, as intended in device commitment you will continue to receive extra internet inclusions until the end of it.
- Starting from 01․02․2024, upon completion of the 18-month commitment to remain a subscriber of Ucom, you may apply to terminate the "Extra Internet Volume" offer without paying the cancellation fee specified in the Agreement within 30 days from the moment of automatic activation of the "Extra Internet Volume" offer, as well as from the moment of each renewal of the "Extra Internet Volume" offer.

- You can join the offer both when subscribing to uGo tariff plan for the first time, and before the expiry of the commitment period for provision of equipment by signing the relevant Agreement.
- The Agreement shall come into effect after the expiry of the 18-month commitment period, in the event you have not terminated it before the Agreement entered into force. The Agreement is concluded for a period of 12 months and the validity period is automatically renewed each time for another 12 months, if the subscriber has not submitted an application for termination of the Agreement within the specified period. The number of renewals is not limited.The subscriber may submit an application at any time during the commitment period to refuse from the automatic renewal of the commitment. The application shall be accepted by Ucom after proper identification of the subscriber. This right does not imply that the subscriber may terminate the services at any time without the obligation to pay a refusal fee.
- In case of termination of the agreement, refusal of the service in general or switching to a prepaid internet service during the validity period of the agreement, a refusal fee of AMD 15,000 must be paid.
- Within 30 days after automatic renewal, you may refuse from the “Extra Internet Volume” offer without the obligation to pay a refusal fee, to do so you must visit any of Ucom’s sales and service centers. Ucom notifies subscribers at least 5 days before the expiry of the 12-month commitment period about the expiration of the Agreement, the automatic renewal of the Agreement term under the same conditions, and the possibility of canceling the services without paying a refusal fee within 30 days after the automatic renewal of the Agreement term.

We offer the following 3 bundles of high-speed internet:
500 ֏ 1500 ֏ 2000 ֏ 1 GB 5 GB 10 GB validity period - 30 calendar days * *unused volume of high-speed internet bundle will be transferred to the following month and will be nullified upon expiry of validity period of your bundle. Consumption priority will be given to High-speed internet bundles.
In order to buy additional high-speed internet bundles, just send an SMS with keywords 1GB, 5GB or 10GB respectively to 111 short number from your modem interface.
High-speed internet bundles can be also activated as follows:
- From Ucom Personal Page,
- Via USSD menu (by dialing *111*1#, *111*2#, *111*3# 1GB for 5GB, 10GB respectively),
- By calling Ucom Customer Care at 011 444 444,
- At Ucom sales and service centers.
You can also buy high-speed internet bundles using your negative balance. You’ll need to pay for the used negative balance together with the current monthly fee by the 20th day of the following month.
