  • You can activate paid services using your negative balance and send SMSs. The limit will be available for use 15 days after subscription. If necessary, you can reduce your negative balance limit, set under your tariff plan to 500 AMD by calling 444 or visiting any sales and service center of Ucom. The negative balance limit for the uGo 4000 tariff plan is 5000 AMD, while for uGo 6500 and uGo 7500, it is 10000 AMD.

    • The Subscription agreement shall be concluded for an indefinite period with a commitment to subscribe to uGo for 18 months. This commitment shall be considered fulfilled if the subscriber has paid the monthly fees for 18 months (including the penalty for failure to make payments within the specified period, if any).
    • The commitment to subscribe for 18 months expires on the day of payment of the 18th monthly fee. For example, suppose you subscribed on October 5, 2020 and properly paid both your monthly fee and the services used from the negative balance every month, then the commitment expires with the payment made in April 2022.
    • The calculation of the commitment period includes the entire first month of the commitment agreement and the following months, during which more than half of the monthly fee of your current tariff plan was charged for all services corresponding to your tariff plan.
    • Upon the expiry of the 18-month period, the subscription continues unless the subscriber terminates it by visiting Ucom’s sales and service center.
    • In the event an Agreement on provision of extra Internet volume has been concluded, at least 5 days before the expiry of the 18-month period, you will receive a notification message from Ucom about the expiration of the period, the renewal of commitment, as well as the possibility of terminating the Agreement on provision of extra Internet volume without the obligation to pay a refusal fee.
    • When subscribing to uGo tariff plan or during the 18-month Equipment commitment period, the subscriber may sign an agreement, according to which the Agreement on provision of extra Internet volume comes into force from the day following the expiry date of the Equipment commitment, subject to automatic renewal. Within the framework of this offer, the subscriber continues to receive the same volume of Internet for the next 12 months.
    • You can join the offer both when subscribing to uGo tariff plan for the first time, and before the expiry of the Equipment commitment period, by signing the relevant Agreement.
    • The Agreement on provision of extra Internet volume comes into force after the expiry of the commitment period, if you have not terminated it before the latter comes into force. The Agreement is concluded for a period of 12 months and the validity period is automatically renewed each time for another 12 months, if the subscriber has not submitted an application for termination of the Agreement within the specified period. The number of renewals is not limited.
    • In case of early termination of the service during the validity of the Agreement, refusal from the service in general or switching to prepaid Internet service, a refusal fee of AMD 15,000 must be paid.
    • You shall have the right to cancel the Agreement on provision of extra Internet volume within 30 days after automatic renewal without the obligation to pay the refusal fee, by visiting any of Ucom’s sales and service center.
    • At least 5 days before the expiry of the 12-month commitment period, you will receive a notification from Ucom about the expiration of the Agreement, the automatic renewal of the term under the same conditions, and the possibility to cancel the services without the obligation to pay the refusal fee within 30 days after the renewal of the agreement.
    • The subscriber may submit an application to refuse from the automatic renewal of the commitment at any time during the commitment period. The application shall be accepted by Ucom after proper identification of the subscriber. This right does not imply that the subscriber may terminate the services at any time without the obligation to pay the refusal fee.

    • ​​​​​​You need to make payment every month till the 20th day of it inclusive. To check the amount due just send a blank SMS to 133 short number or dial *133*11# from any Ucom mobile voice number and enter the internet number.
    • If the consumed internet volume exceeds 200 GB within a month, Ucom reserves the right to set the maximum Internet speed up to 1 Mbps in order to avoid network congestion.
    • The price of SMS to all local networks is 15 AMD, while SMS to international destinations are not available for mobile internet users.
