  • Approval of the Executives Team and Evaluation of their Activities
  • Corporate Actions M&A

reorganization, shares and bond issuance, dividend policy, etc

  • Preparation and Organization of the Shareholders’ Meeting


 

Strategic management of the company includes

  • Approval of the Five years Strategic plan․
  • Approval of the annual Business plan of the company, and monitoring & oversight of thereof implementation.
  • Performance evaluation of Executive management․
  •  Approval of internal regulations and its amendments.
  • Creation of Risk Management and Internal Control mechanisms
