- Preparation and Organization of the Shareholders’ Meeting

- Approval of the Five years Strategic plan․
- Approval of the annual Business plan of the company, and monitoring & oversight of thereof implementation.
- Performance evaluation of Executive management․
- Approval of internal regulations and its amendments.
- Creation of Risk Management and Internal Control mechanisms․
