The Ucom TV Box model device is provided when subscribing for 12 months. If the service is used for less than twelve months, an early termination fee of 15,000 AMD will apply.
The subscriber has the right to cancel the service and return the equipment within 7 (seven) days from the activation of the service, without any payment, and/or with proportional charges for the usage of the service during the active period.
When subscribing to the service for 12 (twelve) months, a 20% discount is applied. If the service is used for less than twelve months, an early termination fee of 15,000 AMD will apply.
For proper functioning of the service, a stable internet connection with a speed of at least 20 Mbps is required․
Terms in case of no commitment
After the initial subscription to the Services, you are granted a 7-day period to try the service (hereinafter referred to as the Trial Period). During the Trial Period, the accessible Service is provided free of charge. If you wish to continue using the Service after the Trial Period ends, payment for the Service is required.
To ensure full delivery of the Services, a stable internet connection with a speed of at least 20 Mbps is necessary.
You can use the Service under the following device requirements:

Tablets: iOS 11 or later
Smartphones: iOS 11 or later
For Android devices: Devices must meet the requirements of the Android Compatibility Definition Document (CDD)
Tablets: Android 8.0 Oreo (API Level 21) or later

To make a payment, you must link a bank card. If you choose the auto-renewal option, the service fee for the current month will be automatically charged from the linked card after the Trial Period ends and/or each month.
The Service is provided for a period of 1 month starting from the activation date. After that, the Service will remain active if the fee is paid. To continue using the Service, the fee must be paid before the Service is suspended. If there are insufficient funds on the card at the time of automatic renewal, the system will retry the debit for up to 3 days from the initial attempt.
Card payments are processed using the 3D SECURE security system to ensure safer online transactions. Each online payment is confirmed by entering a one-time password sent to the bank customer’s mobile phone via SMS. Entering the password completes the transaction.
The Service cost corresponds to the currently active tariff plan you are subscribed to.
Payment for the Services is made based on the current rate at the time of payment for the relevant period, according to information available within the Service or otherwise provided to you.
