Changes for Specific Tariff Plans

Technical migration of internet services

Ucom is carrying out a technical migration, within the framework of which subscribers of the uNet M and uNet 7000 tariff plans will be transferred to the Unity “Two-in-One” tariff plans. The migration will be carried out automatically and will provide subscribers with a number of benefits.

What will change?

Internet speed will increase by 2 times or more, depending on the tariff plan.
Subscribers will gain access to mobile services at no additional cost.
The monthly fee will remain unchanged.
The payment identification ID will be changed and replaced with a mobile phone number; all future payments will be made using the new number.

What subscribers need to do?

After the migration is completed, subscribers need to visit any Ucom service center to obtain a SIM card in order to fully benefit from all features of their new Unity tariff plan.

Notifications

Prior to the start of the update process and before each subsequent stage, subscribers will receive SMS notifications with details about the upcoming phase.

Starting from May 1, 2024, the monthly payment for the listed fixed-line service tariff plans of Ucom will increase by 500 drams. Additionally, improvements have been made to these tariff plans, including increased internet speed and expanded TV channel offerings.

The change in monthly fees is planned to continuously improve the network infrastructure and provide quality services to customers.

According to clauses 17.7 and 17.8 of the "General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Electronic Communication and Other Related Services," which are an integral part of the Subscription Agreements, "Ucom" CJSC informs you that it has the right to unilaterally make changes and additions to the Subscription Agreements at any time. These changes and additions are published on the official website of Ucom CJSC 30 (thirty) days before they come into force.

Starting from April 1, 2025, the monthly fee for Ucom’s fixed-line Unity 12000 tariff plan has increased by 500 AMD. At the same time, several improvements have been made to the plan: the internet speed has been increased by 50 Mbps, and the number of minutes to all local networks has been increased by 500.

uNet Tariff Plan Changes

The names of the following tariff plans under Ucom's fixed-line services have been changed. At the same time, the internet speed in certain tariff plans has been increased.
