When purchasing a new prepaid or postpaid Level Up+ voice SIM, customers will receive an additional pre-activated SIM card with the trial bundle of 100 minutes and 10 GB of internet.

The free trial package has the following inclusions:

The free trial package is provided with Level Up+ 3000 or Level Up+ 1700 tariff plan SIM cards. The bundle becomes active upon SIM card activation and remains valid for 10 days.

After the trial period, you can activate the inclusions of the Level Up+ 3000 or Level Up+ 1700 prepaid tariff plans up to 3 times with a 20% discount, provided your account is recharged with the corresponding amount.

After the trial bundle is consumed or expires, and before activating the inclusions of the tariff plan, the following standard rates will apply if the account is recharged with an amount less than the bundle price:

Calls to other local networks	25 AMD/minute
Mobile internet	25 AMD/MB
SMS to local networks	25 AMD/SMS

Under this offer, the gift is not the Level Up+ 3000 or Level Up+ 1700 tariff plan itself, but rather the trial bundle that comes with these cards, which includes 100 minutes + 10 GB of internet and is valid for 10 days.

On June 12, 2025, during the Gen 5 Fest event held in Diana Abgar Park, all attendees had the opportunity to receive a free trial bundle from the Ucom booth, which included 100 minutes and 10 GB of internet to test Ucom's network under the same conditions, except for the requirement to purchase a Level Up+ tariff plan card.

In other words, at that time and location, the offer did not require purchasing any Level Up+ plan in order to receive the trial bundle with the corresponding card (Level Up+ 3000).

Under this offer, the gift was not considered to be the Level Up+ 3000 or Level Up+ 1700 tariff plans themselves, but rather the trial bundle provided with those cards, which included 100 minutes and 10 GB of internet valid for 10 days.
