Equipment Repair Services

With the Reset service, you can repair any smartphone, tablet, or mobile modem.

You can apply for repairs at Ucom’s service center located at 1/2 Northern Avenue or at any other Ucom service center, from where the device will be sent for professional diagnostics. Diagnostics may take up to 3 business days.
The cost and duration of the service depend on the complexity of the issue.
Repairs can be paid for both in cash and through an installment plan.
A 1-month warranty is provided for replaced parts.
