uGO Tariff Plan

Negative Balance

You can activate paid services using your negative balance and send SMSs. The limit will be available for use 15 days after subscription. If necessary, you can reduce your negative balance limit, set under your tariff plan to 500 AMD by calling 444 or visiting any sales and service center of Ucom. The negative balance limit for the uGo 4000 tariff plan is 5000 AMD, while for uGo 6500 and uGo 7500, it is 10000 AMD.

Commitment-Based Subscription Terms

  • The Subscription Agreement for uGo is concluded for an indefinite period, with 18 months’ commitment. This commitment is deemed fulfilled, if the subscriber has paid monthly fees for 18 months (including the fine for payment delay).
  • 18 months’ commitment ends on the last day of month, when the payment of the 18th monthly fee is made. For example, if you’ve subscribed on October 5, 2020 and every month you have paid both your monthly fee and for the services used from your negative balance, then your commitment will end on April, 2022.
  • The Commitment Period consists of the first full month, in which the given commitment agreement was signed, and the following months during which more than half of the monthly fee for your current tariff plan was charged for all the services included in your tariff plan.
  • After expiry of 18 months’ commitment, the Subscription Agreement will continue remaining in force, unless terminated by subscriber by visiting a sales and service center of Ucom.

Other conditions

  • The MBs included in the monthly fee, unlimited internet, or SMS messages are provided to your account on the 1st of each month at 00:00. Payment for the current month's services must be made by the 20th of the following month.
  • Each month you will receive an invoice for the previous month's negative balance (if any), as well as an invoice for the previous month's monthly fee, regardless of actual service usage.
  • To check the amount due, send a blank SMS to number 133 or dial *133*11# and enter the internet card phone number from any Ucom mobile network number.
  • If payments are not made within the specified deadline, the service is restricted (outgoing services are suspended) until the end of the following month. During the restriction period, you can reactivate the service by paying the previous month's (or months') monthly fee(s), the used negative balance (if any), as well as a penalty for failure to make payments within the specified deadline (hereinafter also referred to as the penalty), which is calculated using the following formula:
  •
  • Penalty = monthly fee × (days of the calendar month elapsed before reactivation / total days of the calendar month).
  • If the service is reactivated, the Penalty is payable together with the monthly fee for the month in which the service is reactivated, and will be included in the invoice presented the following month. Upon reactivation, the monthly fee for the given month will be calculated for the period from the reactivation date through the last day of that same month. If during the Restriction period you wish to terminate the Subscriber Agreement, you must pay the monthly fee(s) for the previous month(s), the used negative balance (if any), as well as the Penalty in accordance with the above formula.
  • The price of SMS to all local networks is 15 AMD, while SMS to international destinations are not available for mobile internet users.
  • *If the consumed internet volume exceeds 300 GB within a month, Ucom reserves the right to set the maximum Internet speed up to 1 Mbps in order to avoid network congestion.

Information on mobile internet service speeds

The mobile internet speed provided to a subscriber under a tariff plan is determined by the technology of the base station the subscriber is connected to, as well as the parameters of the device used by the subscriber. Information on speeds by technology type is available at the following link: ucom.am

The conditions considered to realistically enable the maximum (advertised) data transfer speed are: the subscriber is connected to a lightly loaded base station and obstacles between the subscriber and the station are minimal. Factors affecting maximum speed are available at the following link: ucom.am  (General terms and conditions).
