From August 2, 2021 the subscribers of the Ucom’s mobile voice service will call and send SMSes to Artsakh at the changed rates in accordance with the tariffs defined their respective tariff plans. 

In particular, upon the consumption of the included minutes and SMS bundles, all subscribers of the Level Up prepaid and postpaid, as well as uPrepaid and uSimple tariff plans will call Artsakh at the rate of 15 drams/minute, and will send short messages at the rate of 15 drams per SMS. While after the consumption of the included minutes the subscribers of the Ucom Universal and Universal Plus postpaid tariff plans, will call Artsakh at the rate of 12 drams/minute.

Let us remind that due to the martial law, starting from October 21, 18:00, the individual users benefited from a special tariff of 0 drams for calls and short messages (SMS) from Armenia to Artsakh.
