Job responsibilities:
|
- Prepare and deliver trainings on new P&S (products and services), as well as skills for customer service quality improvement inside Customer Care Department;
- Prepare presentations and training materials on the Company's P&S, procedures, customer service, etc.;
- Responsible for on-time and accurate communication inside Customer Care, particularly within Front line teams via e-mail;
- Responsible for transversal communication with other departments on information sharing;
- Follow up and keep information on Uknow updates;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required qualification:
|
- University degree (in progress of study is acceptable);
- At least 1 year of work experience in a related area;
- Communication and training handling skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability to deliver trainings and quality materials in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Understanding of web server technologies;
- Technical aptitude, computer literacy, ability to quickly learn new applications;
- Good understanding of the following protocols; IPv4, TCP/UDP, DHCP and ARP;
- Knowledge of Linux/ Unix systems will be a plus;
- Familiarity with mobile device software and hardware;
- Strong troubleshooting skills․
